Welcome to the flight experiences offered by Vulturasul SRL. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase on our website.

1. About the flights

The flight experiences purchased through this website are provided by Vulturasul SRL in order to promote the flight school.
Flights take place on the dates and at the times set by Vulturasul SRL, subject to the pilot's availability. The payment covers organisation costs only.
Flights operate daily except Sundays, provided at least two bookings are scheduled on the same day. If these conditions are not met, the experience is rescheduled by mutual agreement, within the 2-year validity period.
The pilot has the authority to decide whether a flight goes ahead or is cancelled, based on weather and safety conditions.

2. Payment and flight arrangements

The payment made on the website covers organisation costs: fuel, maintenance, airfield fees, promotion and IT development. Vulturasul SRL undertakes that, within 2 years, the purchased flight experience is scheduled and carried out in line with the customer's requirements.

3. Conditions of participation

Participants must follow the instructions given by the pilot.
It is the participants' responsibility to make sure they are medically fit to fly.
Children may take part from the age of 10, and only with both parents present.

4–6. Conduct and safety

The pilot has sole authority on board. Flights may be cancelled for weather or safety reasons. For EASA regulations, please consult the official EASA documentation on non-commercial general aviation.

7. Right of withdrawal and return policy

The flight experiences sold through this website are leisure-activity services with a specific date or period of performance. In accordance with art. 16(l) of GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, these services are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal that generally applies to distance contracts.

The purchased product is a gift card (voucher) valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and transferable: it may be given as a gift or transferred to another person at any time, at no additional cost.

If the flight cannot be carried out on the scheduled date due to weather conditions or other situations that do not allow it to take place safely, as well as where the booking cannot be honored for reasons attributable to the organizer, the experience is rescheduled free of charge, as many times as necessary, within the 24-month validity period. Rescheduling is the solution applied as a priority.

8. Limitation of liability

Vulturasul SRL accepts no liability for accidents or damage occurring during the flight experiences. The customer acknowledges that these flights are a sporting activity and accepts the associated risks.

By using this website and purchasing a flight experience, customers accept these terms and conditions.
