How does the aerobatic flight gift card work?

You choose the flight package, pay online, and the gift card arrives by email as soon as payment is confirmed. You give it to the person you have in mind, and they contact the team to agree a flight date. The card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

How long is the gift card valid?

24 months from the date of purchase. That covers two full flying seasons, so a card bought in winter can comfortably be used the following season.

Can I personalise the gift card with a message?

Yes. At checkout you can add the recipient's name and a personal message, both of which appear on the card sent by email. If you want particular wording, you can also pass it to the team on 0726 327 192.

Who chooses the flight date, me or the recipient?

The recipient. They contact the team and agree a date that works for them, subject to availability and the weather. You do not need to know the flight date when you buy the card.

How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, in full or in interest-free instalments, with any bank card. The invoice is issued automatically through SmartBill, for individuals and companies alike.

What conditions does the recipient need to meet?

The minimum age is 10, and minors fly accompanied by both parents. The passenger weight limit is 100 kg. No previous flight experience is needed.

What if the recipient cannot fly on the agreed date?

Rescheduling is free through the link received by email, subject to availability. The same applies if the flight is postponed for weather reasons: the team reconfirms the forecast at least 3 days before the booked date.

Can I buy a gift card for a company or for several people?

Yes. Each gift card covers one flight for one person, so for several recipients you buy several cards. The invoice can be issued to a company if you enter the tax details at checkout.

What 24 months of validity means

The card can be used at any point in the two years from the date of purchase. That margin is designed around a flying season that runs from spring to autumn: buy it in December and the recipient has two full seasons ahead of them, with no pressure to book quickly.

Email delivery and how to hand it over

The card is sent digitally, to the email address given at checkout. That makes it handy in two common situations:

A last-minute gift. Order in the evening and it is in your inbox within minutes, ready to print or forward.
A gift from a distance. You can forward it straight to the recipient, wherever they are.

If you want a more theatrical handover, print the card on heavier paper and put it in an envelope. The simple version works too: open it on your phone in front of them and give them a few seconds to take in what they are reading.

What to know before you buy

A few practical conditions relating to the flight itself, worth checking first so you do not buy a gift the recipient cannot use:

Season: spring to autumn, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 20:00.

Can I pass the card on to someone else?

Yes, as long as the final recipient meets the flight conditions. Just tell the team at booking who will actually be flying.

Can I change the package after buying?

Talk to the team on 0726 327 192 before booking. Upgrading to a higher package can be arranged, paying the difference.

What if I have lost the email with the card?

Check your spam folder, then get in touch. The card can be resent using your order details.

Does the card cover a companion as well?

No. One card means one flight for one person, as the aircraft carries the pilot and one passenger. Companions can wait on the ground, in the waiting area.
